She is passionate, engaging and leads her team to always‘ create greatness’! When she’s not chasing one of her4 children, Nadia is happy to relax with a nice red and a good book!
Roz Skilton
When she’s not organising an incentive program or leading a conference, Roz loves to tap into her creative side and bring exhibitions to life! She loves to create a story for brands and have guests immerse themselves within the spaces. Always bubbly, Roz brings the energy to our office, without even needing a coffee! In her down-time, Roz and her family are always out adventuring somewhere new!
Carol Rothschild
Always on the go, Carol is the fast paced go getter who switches from job to job, theme to theme and always looks after the team! She is a talented florist, resident stylist and works with our builders to create the unthinkable! In her down-time she can be found scoping out the latest products at local expos and fairs.

Claudine is one talented girl! She’s creative in all things design, events and exhibitions. She’s worked across many industries including medical, education and indigenous. Claudine loves the variety of work at Ke. Creative and the exposure to ever changing &dynamic briefs! In her down-time she loves to travel and try the delicacies of new regions.
Cara Coughey
A self proclaimed perfectionist, Cara loves getting stuck into a project and is our association specialist. She deep dives into a project by working across all facets, from stakeholder engagement to program development, she is the glue in the Committees and the friendly face at registration! In her spare time, you may find Cara at the local market scoping out the freshest produce!

A go-getter at heart, Kristen is our vibrant Queenslander and seasoned events guru. Bursting with passion and energy, she’s a natural problem solver who thrives on making every event a success. When she’s not planning the next big event, you’ll find her soaking up the great outdoors, dominating the netball court, or creating beautiful memories with her three girls.
Claire Cabrito
Our newest team member, Claire is busy working across both our association and corporate clients assisting on marketing, website builds and ensuring our delegates have all the information they need!
When she’s not multi-tasking, Claire is usually not far from the kitchen – baking up delicious cakes and sweet pastries!
Aaliyah Kochan
Aaliyah proudly acknowledges her Indigenous heritage, descending from the Kamilaroi people through her grandfather, whose traditional lands extend from the Hunter Valley in New South Wales to Nindigully in Queensland, and the Mununjali people through her grandmother, whose traditional lands are located in the Beaudesert area in Queensland’s Scenic Rim.
Aaliyah is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business, with a focus on developing her career in the event management sector. She brings a natural passion for helping others and solving problems, and is excited to contribute to the industry as she continues her studies. Aaliyah loves the beach, prefers summer over winter, and dreams of traveling the world, especially to Europe.
