From Data to Experience: Nadia Kentera to Speak at Events Uncovered 2026

We’re excited to announce that Ke. Creative Events Director, Nadia Kentera will be joining the speaker program at Events Uncovered 2026, taking place on 1 September 2026 at Hyatt Regency Sydney.

As part of the Spice Knowledge Sessions, Nadia will join fellow industry experts for a conversation exploring how event professionals can use attendee data, technology and a deeper understanding of their audiences to create more personalised and meaningful event experiences.

Because the leaders who will navigate this period successfully are not waiting for disruption to force change — they’re designing for it now.

Turning attendee data into better experiences

Today’s event professionals have access to more attendee information than ever before.

From registration preferences and session selections to engagement data, networking activity and post-event feedback, there is an enormous amount of information available to help us understand our audiences.

But collecting data is only the beginning.

The real opportunity is knowing what to do with it.

Nadia’s session will look at how event professionals can move beyond simply collecting attendee data and start using those insights to make smarter decisions across the entire event journey, creating experiences that feel more relevant, engaging and genuinely valuable.

What will we be talking about?

The conversation will explore some of the practical ways data and technology can help us better understand and engage our audiences, including:

Understanding your audience beyond the registration form

Registration data can tell us a lot, but it is only one part of the picture. The session will explore how event professionals can build a richer understanding of what attendees actually want from an event, what motivates them to participate and what they value most.

Personalising the attendee journey

From the first registration confirmation through to the onsite experience and post-event follow-up, there are countless opportunities to make communications and experiences more relevant.

We’ll look at how the information we collect can help shape everything from content and session recommendations to networking opportunities and onsite engagement.

The role of AI and event technology

AI and event technology are opening up some exciting possibilities for personalisation, but technology shouldn’t become the experience.

The conversation will consider where AI, event platforms and data can genuinely add value, while keeping the human connection at the heart of the event.

Personalisation without overdoing it

There’s an important balance to find.

When done well, personalisation can make an attendee feel understood and valued. Done badly, it can feel automated, intrusive or even a little creepy!

We’ll explore where that line sits and how event professionals can use data thoughtfully and responsibly.

Turning insights into action

Ultimately, data is only useful if it helps us make better decisions.

The session will look at how attendee insights can influence content, networking, engagement and event design,  and how we can use what we learn from one event to make the next one even better.

Personalisation is about people

For Nadia, personalisation isn’t about creating a completely different event for every attendee.

It’s about making people feel that the event understands why they are there.

The best event experiences bring together data, technology and human connection. Technology can help us understand our audiences and deliver more relevant experiences, but it’s the human element that turns those interactions into something memorable.

As the expectations of event attendees continue to evolve, understanding how to use the information we already have will become increasingly important.

What will event professionals take away?

The session will provide practical ideas and considerations for event professionals looking to:

  • Use attendee data more effectively across the event journey

  • Create more relevant and personalised delegate experiences

  • Explore the potential of AI and technology without losing the human connection

  • Use attendee insights to improve content, networking and engagement

  • Turn data into meaningful decisions that improve event outcomes
