Ke. Creative Events partnered with I-MED Radiology Network to produce a sophisticated gala dinner celebrating 25 years of excellence. Hosted at Ilumina, Sydney, the evening brought together over 400 delegates, partners and stakeholders, marking I-MED’s largest gala to date. Guests were invited to dress up, connect, and celebrate the organisation’s journey in style—a night designed to be memorable, glamorous, and full of energy.

Arrival & First Impressions

From the moment guests arrived, the evening set a tone of elegance and celebration. A live harpist performed at the entrance, creating a serene and sophisticated welcome. Guests were greeted by a striking champagne tower, providing both a ceremonial moment and an immediate sense of festivity. This premium arrival experience set expectations for the polished and immersive night ahead.

Venue & Storytelling

Ilumina’s signature wraparound LED screens became a central feature of the evening. They displayed curated content showcasing I-MED’s historic milestones, significant achievements, and key moments over 25 years, weaving storytelling into the very fabric of the event. The combination of modern visuals and dynamic lighting enhanced the venue’s contemporary architecture and created a truly immersive environment.

Styling & Theme

The styling concept blended sophistication with brand identity:

Large crystal centrepieces provided height, drama, and elegance.
Orange orchids, reflecting I-MED’s corporate colours, added warmth and vibrancy.
A clean and contemporary palette complemented the LED visuals, creating a cohesive and refined aesthetic across the room.

The result was a premium, unified look that felt both celebratory and contemporary, perfectly aligned with I-MED’s brand.

Entertainment & Guest Engagement

Interactive elements enhanced the evening’s atmosphere. A Photo Booth encouraged guests to capture candid moments and provided a playful counterpoint to the elegant surroundings.

As the program transitioned from dinner to celebration, a lively cover band took to the stage, filling the dance floor and energising guests. The entertainment created a high-spirited finale, ensuring the night ended on a celebratory note that matched the evening’s glamour and excitement.
