Gelato Fiasco enlisted KE Creative to design and execute their new range of ice creams for the Taste of Melbourne Festival.
Their brief was to create an activation based on one of their signature new flavours, ‘The Log Cabin’. Our creative team worked on the design and fit out based on a log cabin which required a bespoke build utilising real logs for the walls through to tables/seats to carry through the theme. Checkered blankets were provided for guests of an evening which brought an element of warmth to the cabin.
Everything from freezers, stock, black waffle cones and logistics over the four days was managed by our skilful team. Service staff were hand-picked and on brief – young, male, and hipster, complete with leather aprons and check shirts.
